First Ministry day with our first group! We have
been beyond blessed with a creative, expressive, and on fire group for God! I
feel like these kids will teach me more than I could ever teach them.  It is an amazing and humbling experience when
you learn something from a 13 year old. I watched as young teenagers had the courage and confidence to go into
the streets and hand out flyers for a nearby bible camp. They knocked on doors, and with smiling
faces mingled with others. The love of Christ seemed to just burst out of the
core of their being . I am so excited to see what God has in store in the next
few days!

I would like to point out one detail: The majority of these kids were up and
ready to go at 5 am this morning! Our wakeup time is not until 6:30, and yes
they are still kicking as I write this during dinner. They have so much energy,
but I have learned that energy is fueled by passion. These kids have huge
dreams and have every intention of seeming them through. Their life brings me
joy and energizes me! It’s FANTASTIC!

Stay Tuned for some words from one of our kids on the trip!
