I understand you guys have a couple more weeks until the end but we need to get these details figured out. We are praying for you here and can’t wait to hear about your summer experience!
I originally planned on having you all drive back to Gainesville, GA on the 7th and 8th arriving in the evening. Then we would have a two day debrief on the 9th and 10th and then hop out on a plane back to your homes on the 11th. However, I understand many of you have plans as well as college that’s starting and want to respect that. So…
I’m thinking lets get everyone to Gainesville, GA by the 7th in the evening and then we’ll spend all day on the 8th together and then get everyone home on the 9th, an afternoon flight would be better so that we don’t hit Atlanta traffic. Or would you rather have 2 full days for debrief and go home on the 10th? I know you guys are going to be tired and thought I’d make sure you know your options. Let me know ASAP so you guys can figure out the plane tickets from Atlanta back to your homes!
