Hey all of you!
We can’t wait to see you this time next week! I’m going through and confirming travel arrangements for you guys getting to GA. Some of you are coming late the 19th, some 10:30am (ish) on the 20th so I want to be sure no Project Facilitator is left behind!
If you would be sure to send me your itinerary for getting to Atlanta, if you’re flying that’d be awesome!
Please include the following in an e-mail to me if you don’t mind:
Flight Number
Date of Flight
Time of Flight
Phone Number you wish to be contacted with when traveling
If you haven’t booked your flight please use the following guidelines unless otherwise approved through leadership development (which really means me 😉 ):
AIM shuttle will run to ATL on May 19th, at 9pm.
AIM shuttle will run to ATL on May 20th, at 10:30am.
I would shoot for getting in around those times for the training! If I approved something else- then no worries, you probably are hooked up with your “pick up” person- if not, I’ll e-mail/ call soon to work those details out with you!
