Hey! My name is BryAnna Garton, but my friends call me Bry(pronounced Bree). I am from California, raised in a small town called Yuba City. God gave me the opportunity to move to San Diego from June 2009 till June 2010. While there not only was I able to help plan my sister’s wedding but I was also able to grow so much as a person. Although I was raised in church it was there that I truly heard God call me to do something more than just live my day to day life and go on a mission trip to Haiti in July 2010. I had gone on trips to Mexico before, but this trip stretched me and opened my eyes in a way I could never have imagined.
Currently I am living at home, working and going to school. I am seeking God with all my heart in search of His direction for my life. I felt so strongly about being a part of this internship and getting out of my routine day to day life again. I am excited to grow even more and see where God leads me from here. I have faith that He will guide me right where He wants me!

Bry,
I am so proud of you, and the woman of God you are striving to be! I can’t wait to hear what God is going to do in your life this summer!! Thanks for stepping out in boldness.
You know I never really realized how you spell your nick name until just now lol. I’m excited for you. I know God will do some amazing things with you in New Orleans. God bless you Bry…
Bry,
I am very excited to meet you! I loved reading about your heart for God and your obedience to His calling. Serving God with all your heart leads to some awesome experiences. It is difficult to rely on God and not on yourself, but the reward and peace that comes with it are worth every second of discomfort.
See you soon!

When you sponsor a child it not only provides a hot meal, clean water, discipleship, and basic medical care for the child, it also supports their family by inviting them through the gates of the CarePoint to receive training, discipleship and mentorship.
